Some news about Tony Stewart

Hey everyone, sorry about the lack of updates from me, I took a nice lengthy vacation, but now I’m back and let’s jump right into it.

So here’s the thing,

Everyone more then likely remembers back in August when Tony Stewart was doing a sprint cup race at Canandaigua Motorsports Park in New York, and fellow driver Kevin Ward was struck and killed by Tony Stewart.

Well, an update with that right now is, a jury is currently deliberating on whether or not to charge him with anything, as reported by road and track.

An excerpt from the DA:
DATE: September 24, 2014

This week an Ontario County grand jury has been meeting to hear testimony and review evidence gathered in the Tony Stewart matter, relating to the death of Kevin Ward at the Canandaigua Motor Speedway on August 9, 2014. The grand jury has completed its investigation, and their determination will be made public at 3:00 PM via another press release, advising of the grand jury’s action. Also at 3:00 PM, I will be available to answer any questions you may have at the 3rd floor of the Ontario County Courthouse, 27 North Main Street, Canandaigua, New York.

Michael Tantillo

Ontario County District Attorney

The way that Tony has been acting and from I have seen in the video, it all just seemed like an accident. If you don’t remember, it happened because Kevin Ward had got out of his vehicle in the middle of a live race, and Tony ended up coming too close to him and ended up striking him. I’ll keep my judgements and opinions to myself on this one, let’s let the jury do their job. We find out what they decided at 3:00 PM eastern. Just two hours from now.

And that, that’s the thing.
